That was the case when Harper Charles partnered with The Marquis Suffolk, an award-winning hotel and spa in the East of England.

The result was The Clover, a bespoke sofa developed as part of the collaboration. Named in reference to the hotel’s Clover Hall, the piece was designed to feel both refined and inviting - the kind of furniture that naturally draws people into the room.

Each sofa is handcrafted through Harper Charles’ joinery and upholstery workshops, a process that reflects the brand’s roots in British craftsmanship.

Comfort was just as important as design. With deep cushioning and soft upholstery, the piece was created to encourage guests to relax and linger - something the hotel’s own team quickly discovered.
